Why we built it
Between the two of us, we have six kids — six very different readers, learners, sleepers, and dreamers. Every off-the-shelf app felt generic. The bedtime stories weren't about our kids. The reward charts didn't match the habits we were actually working on. The activities weren't aimed at our 4-year-old or our reader who's already past chapter books.
We wanted something private, personalized, and warm — somewhere our kids could see themselves at the center of the story. Something we'd hand a tablet to without second-guessing what they'd find. We couldn't find it, so we started building it.
What we believe
Every family is its own small world, and parenting tech should treat it that way. That's why everything in Mom Labs — stories, charts, coloring pages, games — pulls from the specific kids in your home: their names, ages, interests, pets, even the grown-ups they live with. Personalization isn't a feature here; it's the whole point.
We also believe in keeping things small. We're a tiny team. We read every email. What you tell us shapes what we build next.
